APSU 85 Farmers’ Day Walk: A Celebration of Health, Unity, and Impact

On December 6, 2024, APSU ’85, a vibrant year group of the St. Augustine’s Past Students Union (APSU), will host their annual Farmers’ Day Walk. The event, scheduled to start at 6:30 AM at Christ the King Parish, promises to bring together alumni for an invigorating experience that combines fitness, camaraderie, and social impact.

The walk, an eagerly anticipated tradition, is designed to encourage healthy living among members while fostering the cherished APSU spirit of unity and support. Participants will enjoy a scenic route coupled with lively conversations and reminiscences of their days at St. Augustine’s College.

Beyond physical exercise, the event also emphasizes health awareness through medical screenings, ensuring participants leave not just rejuvenated but also informed about their well-being.

In true APSU fashion, the walk will culminate in a delightful culinary experience featuring beloved Ghanaian dishes such as fried spicy pork, grilled spicy rabbit, Aponkye Kakra, waakye, samosas, and millet kenkey.
